La Mamounia is turning its historic gardens into an open-air dining venue for three nights, bringing together chefs Emmanuel Renaut and Olivier Nasti, with desserts created by Pierre Hermé.
The series begins on October 6 and runs through October 8, with a different programme planned for each evening.
The dinners will take place in the hotel’s gardens, with cocktails served from 8 p.m. and dinner beginning at 8:30 p.m.
Three Nights, Three Different Menus
The programme opens with Emmanuel Renaut.
Renaut, chef of Flocons de Sel in Megève, holds three Michelin stars and is a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
On October 7, he will join Olivier Nasti for a four-hands dinner combining both chefs’ approaches.
Nasti, who leads La Table d’Olivier Nasti in Kaysersberg, holds two Michelin stars and is also a Meilleur Ouvrier de France.
He will then lead the final dinner on October 8.
Each evening will finish with a dessert created by Pierre Hermé.
The Gardens Become Part of the Dining Experience
The setting is central to the event.
La Mamounia’s gardens are among the hotel’s best-known features, and for these three evenings they become the main dining space.
That gives the series a different atmosphere from a conventional restaurant service.
Rather than bringing guests into a formal dining room, the event places the meal outdoors, surrounded by the hotel’s gardens and evening setting.
Seating is limited.
Marrakech Expands Its Fine-Dining Calendar
The dinners arrive at a time when Marrakech continues to broaden its high-end hospitality and dining offer.
The city already combines luxury hotels, riads, destination restaurants and rooftop venues.
Temporary events like this add another format: limited-run dining built around visiting chefs and one-off menus.
For La Mamounia, the three-night series also gives both visitors and local diners a different way to experience the property.
A Short-Lived Culinary Event
The event brings together three established names from French gastronomy in a temporary Marrakech setting.
Renaut leads the first evening.
Renaut and Nasti share the second.
Nasti closes the series.
Hermé provides dessert each night.
For three evenings, La Mamounia’s gardens become the setting for a dining programme that will disappear as quickly as it arrived.
Three nights, three culinary names, and one of Marrakech’s best-known hotel gardens turned into an open-air dining room.
